1. Use of the App
QuietSession is a personal utility for time-boundary reminders. By downloading or using QuietSession, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. No Professional Advice
QuietSession is a timing and reminder tool only. It is not medical, therapeutic, legal, or any other form of professional advice. Do not use it as a substitute for professional guidance.
3. Apple Watch and Notifications
Haptic signals and notifications depend on your device settings, watchOS and iOS behavior, battery state, Focus modes, notification permissions, and other system conditions. The developer does not guarantee perfect timing or delivery in every situation.
4. Paid Features
If a Pro or lifetime unlock is available, all purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. The developer has no access to your payment information.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use QuietSession only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to modify the app in any unauthorized way.
6. Limitation of Liability
QuietSession is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dplusa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
7. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
