QuietSession is designed to work without accounts, ads, tracking, or third-party analytics. We collect no personal data. The sections below describe exactly what we do and do not do with your information.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

QuietSession does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following on external servers:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Location
• Contacts
• Photos
• Health data
• Advertising identifiers
• Analytics data
• Tracking data

3. Local Data

Presets, settings, session preferences, and any local history you create are stored entirely on your device. This data never leaves your device except as described in the Apple Watch Sync section below.

4. Apple Watch Sync

Preset and session data may be synced between your iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple's system frameworks (WatchConnectivity). This data is exchanged directly between your devices and is not sent to or accessible by the developer.

5. Notifications

If you enable notifications, they are local reminders generated entirely on your device. No notification content is transmitted to the developer or any third party. You can enable or disable notifications at any time in the app settings or your device's system settings.

6. Purchases

If QuietSession Pro is offered, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive or store your payment card details. The app may store a local record of your entitlement status on your device to unlock Pro features.

7. Third-Party Services

QuietSession does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking SDKs of any kind.

8. Children's Privacy

QuietSession is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
