Do I need an Apple Watch?
QuietSession is designed around Apple Watch haptics. The iPhone app manages presets and can start sessions, but haptic cues are delivered on Apple Watch.
Does QuietSession collect my data?
No. No account, no ads, no tracking, no analytics. Presets and settings stay on your device.
Why did a signal arrive late?
Apple Watch timing can be affected by watchOS background behavior, battery state, Focus modes, and other system conditions outside of the app's control.
Can I disable notifications?
Yes. Notifications can be enabled or disabled in the QuietSession app settings at any time.
