By downloading or using QuietDay, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
App Provided "As Is"
QuietDay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs or viruses. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
Not a Medical Product
QuietDay is a personal journaling tool, not a medical product, clinical service, or therapeutic treatment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition or medical issue.
QuietDay is not a substitute for professional mental health support, counseling, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.
Not Professional Advice
Nothing in QuietDay — including any content, feature, or functionality — constitutes professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise). Use the app for personal reflection only.
In-App Purchases
Any purchases made within QuietDay are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store and are governed by Apple's terms and conditions. We do not handle payment information directly. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple.
Your Content
You retain full ownership of any text and color entries you create in QuietDay. We do not claim any rights to your content. Entries are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to or accessed by the developer.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use QuietDay only for lawful personal purposes. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the application.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use QuietDay, including but not limited to loss of data. The developer's total liability for any claim relating to QuietDay shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue QuietDay or any part of it at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
