Common questions

How do I back up my data?

Go to Settings → Export & Backup → Create backup. This creates a file you can save to iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or any location you choose.

How do I restore from a backup?

Go to Settings → Export & Backup → Restore from backup and select your backup file. Your entries will be imported and merged.

How do I delete all my data?

Go to Settings → Delete all data. This permanently removes every entry from your device. The action cannot be undone.

Does FeelLens sync across devices?

Not yet — FeelLens is local-first. You can use the backup/restore feature to move data between devices manually. Cloud sync is on the roadmap.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings → Export to export your entries as CSV or PDF and share them via your device's share sheet.

Is FeelLens a medical app?

No. FeelLens is a personal reflection tool, not a medical device. It does not provide diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional about health concerns.
