These Terms of Use govern your use of QuietOne.

1. Use of the app

QuietOne is a habit app intended for personal use. You agree to use the app lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the operation of the service.

2. No professional advice

QuietOne provides habit-related tools, reflections, and suggestions. It does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or other professional advice.

3. Subscriptions

QuietOne may offer auto-renewing subscriptions for Premium features.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

4. Free and Premium features

Some parts of QuietOne may be available for free, while other features may require an active subscription. Available features may change over time.

5. Availability

We may modify, improve, or discontinue parts of the app at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

QuietOne is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Where applicable, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies: Apple Standard EULA.
