Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

QuietOne is designed to be private by default. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app uses and how it is handled.

1. Data stored on your device

QuietOne stores habit-related data locally on your device so the app can function. This may include:

2. iCloud sync

If iCloud sync is enabled in a Premium version of QuietOne, your app data may be stored in your personal iCloud account so it can sync across your Apple devices.

3. AI features

If you use optional AI features such as reflections, suggestions, or next chapter generation, limited habit context may be sent to a secure backend for processing. This may include the title of your habit, recent app-generated reflections, and pattern-related context derived from your usage.

We do not use this information for advertising or user tracking.

4. Data we do not collect

QuietOne does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.

QuietOne does not sell your personal information.

5. Analytics

QuietOne does not use invasive analytics or ad tracking. If lightweight operational logging is used for reliability or debugging, it is not used to profile users or serve ads.

6. Data retention

Locally stored data remains on your device unless you delete the app or remove the data manually. iCloud-synced data remains in your iCloud account subject to Apple’s iCloud retention and deletion mechanisms.

7. Children’s privacy

QuietOne is not designed to collect personal information from children.
